Mobile SHOE-TROLLEY with 2x15 compartments, distributed on front and back. A frame for identification pictures (format 35 x 35 mm) makes finding the compartment child's play. The shelves, which can be removed for basic cleaning, protect the picture frame from dirt and prevent unintentional removal of the pictures/photos. Each shelf (birch decor) is edged all the way round and is very moisture-resistant. Dirt cannot remain in the corners as the shelf keeps a small distance from the rear wall (rear walls and sides in white decor). The shoe trolley stands securely in place thanks to the fully lockable, black swivel castors without clamping points. It is child's play to steer thanks to the special castor design and the milled grips in the robust sides of the shoe trolley (white coated birch plywood). In everyday life, for example, it effortlessly shuttles between the main entrance and the exit to the open-air grounds, fits through any room door and also into lifts. The 24 lower compartments are easy for every child to reach: WDH approx. 26/32/20+5 cm, The top 6 compartments offer space for pre-school children or the team (reach height approx. 130 cm) and are designed 5 cm higher in the usable height so that adult boots can also be accommodated (e.g. for shoe-free concepts in the facility). Für höchste Ansprüche im Möbelbau
Sperrholz (Multiplex) ist aus einer ungeraden Anzahl an gleich starken Massivholzlagen (Furnier) zu einer höchst stabilen Platte verleimt. Die Faserrichtung der einzelnen Lagen ist dabei 90° gedreht zueinander angeordnet. Dadurch sperren sich die einzelnen Furnierlagen hinsichtlich Ihrer Festigkeit, des Schwund- und Quellverhaltens gegeneinander ab. Das Ergebnis ist eines der stabilsten Materialien für die hochwertige Möbelherstellung.
Oberflächenqualität gemäß Normung
BB: Sperrholz mit Ästen, ausgefallenen oder gespachtelten Ästen. Farbeinläufe sind erlaubt. Astlöcher bis 15 mm und Kittstellen erlaubt.
Schichtstoffe - entwickelt für maximale Robustheit von Möbeloberflächen
CPL und HPL sind Schichtstoffe, die als Beschichtung von Trägerplatten im Möbelbau eingesetzt werden. Schichtstoffe werden bereits seit den 1970er Jahren industriell u. A. als bewährte Oberflächen von Küchenarbeitsplatten eingesetzt. Schichtstoffe sind bspw. gegenüber Lackierungen wesentlich pflegeleichter und robuster. In den letzten Jahren haben die Hersteller das optische Erscheinungsbild weiter perfektioniert, so dass Holzdekore dem natürlichen Vorbild immer täuschender ähneln.
