Shipping
From a shopping cart of 100 € we ship free of charge within Germany and the Netherlands (islands on request). Below that, shipping costs of 15 € apply.
We attach importance to minimum packing dimensions of our products, so that both the environment and your wallet are spared. Therefore, we ship some items partially disassembled for assembly by the customer (see note on the product detail pages). But don't worry, we have pre-assembled everything for you as far as possible.
Payment in advance
We grant a 2% advance payment discount on orders paid in advance.
You will receive an advance payment invoice by e-mail after completing and checking your order.
Payment on account
As a commercial customer (day care centre/organiser/club etc.) you can easily and conveniently pay by invoice (subject to a credit check).
After delivery, you will receive the invoice as a PDF document by e-mail. Payment is due within 10 days without deduction.
